During my stay, I found the hotel to have a spacious room and a fantastic view of the Dead Sea, making it a pleasant experience overall. However, the service left much to be desired, with staff being less than helpful at times, which impacted my overall enjoyment. The dining options were hit or miss, but the pool and spa facilities were excellent. The value for money seemed fair, though improvements in service could elevate the experience.

6.2/10

I had high hopes for this hotel given its beautiful lobby and location by the Dead Sea, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service and maintenance issues. While the amenities like the spa and private beach were impressive and the pool area was enjoyable, the room I was initially given was not clean and had electrical issues. The dining options were decent, but the staff's lack of organization and attentiveness really detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The first room I received was not properly cleaned, with a hanging electrical outlet and mold in the bathroom, which was unacceptable. However, the second room was much better and provided a comfortable stay.

The service was severely lacking. While I encountered a few helpful staff members, most were indifferent to guest needs, making the overall experience frustrating.

I had high hopes for this hotel, given its beautiful design and a hefty price of 600 dollars for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. While the dining options were tasty, the overall value for money felt lacking, especially with the state of the guest rooms and public areas.

The service was notably lacking, especially during check-in where staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. It took too long to resolve issues with my room, which left me frustrated.
Location
6.0
The location is decent, being a short walk from the Dead Sea, but that alone doesn't justify the problems encountered during my stay.
Dining
7.0
The food was quite good with plenty of options, but the buffet area was often chaotic and crowded, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel has potential with beautiful aesthetics but desperately needs renovations and better upkeep. The facilities, including the pool and spa, felt neglected.

The location is decent, and the beautiful views of the Dead Sea were a highlight, but the service and cleanliness left much to be desired. The dining experience was chaotic and unsatisfactory, and the facilities showed signs of neglect. Overall, while there are some positives, I can't say this place offered good value for money.

The amenities promised for kids were not available, and the staff seemed unhelpful overall. The rooms were outdated and not very clean, which detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.
